Proceed through town centre to N62 (Birr).

Follow the N62 (Roscrea).
After 17 km  on left hand side note DROMAKEENAN school.
Proceed 1 more km, turn left onto L3104 (A brown & white fingerpost indicates FANCROFT MILL & GARDENS).
Pass by Roscrea Oil depot on left hand side. After 1 km., a crossroad, go straight through.
After 1 more km, a T junction, turn left.
Follow the winding road, after 400m see the gates of FANCROFT MILL & GARDENS.

Head North on the N 62 ( Birr road ) for 2 km.
Turn right onto L 3104 ( A brown & white signpost indicates FANCROFT MILL & GARDENS ). Pass by Roscrea Oil depot on left hand side. After 1 km, at crossroad, go straight through.
After 1 more km, at T junction, turn left.
Follow the winding road, after 400m you will see the gates of FANCROFT MILL & GARDENS.

RECOMMENDED ROUTE  TO AVOID HAIRPIN BEND!!
From Roscrea take R 421 (Kinnitty road ).
Proceed 2.9 km  and turn left onto L 4029. (A fingerpost indicates FANCROFT HOUSE & GARDENS).        
Proceed for 500m to a Y junction, take the right hand route.
Follow the winding road, after 400m see  gates of FANCROFT MILL & GARDENS .
